Man Drives In Circles In Parking Lot, Gets Arrested: PD
Police said he was making a lot of noise and smoke.
YORKTOWN, NY — Questions about a large group of people and police gathered at BJ's Saturday night were answered with an arrest of a Yonkers man. Yorktown police said Joseph A. Popovic, 20, of Yonkers was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
Police were sent around 10:25 p.m. Saturday to the parking lot of BJ's Wholesale Club at 333 Crompond Road.
What police said they found was Popovic driving his vehicle in circles, making excessive noise and smoke, while the parking lot was filled with people and other cars.

Police said he was obstructing both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Popovic was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.

He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Nov. 14.
