Man Violates Protection Order, Gets Arrested in Yorktown: Police
He faces two misdemeanor charges.

Yorktown, NY — A Mohegan Lake man was arrested July 15 because police said he violated an order of protection.

Dominic Mignogno, 58, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.

Police said Mignogno was at a Marcy Street address on July 15 in violation of a duly served order of protection issued by the Westchester County Family Court.
Mignogno resisted arrest as well, police said.

He was taken to police headquarters for processing and held for arraignment.
