Why become a member of the Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm?

The not-for-profit Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center run the bucolic property that sits at the top of Hanover Street in Yorktown Heights.

The Friends:

  • Manages the 80-acre site that includes a 5-acre sustainable crop field.
  • Produces sensational fresh local produce for its seasonal farm stand and CSA shares.
  • Donates 10% of production to local food pantries.
  • Educates the community through workshops, classes and school visits.
  • Protects the site, and the watershed by farming sustainably.
  • Returned cows to the Farm after 29 years.
