New Rochelle Man Dies In Taconic Parkway Crash
State police said the man was driving in wet conditions when his SUV went off the road.
YORKTOWN, NY — The New York State Police are investigating the crash of an SUV that led to the death of a New Rochelle man.
State police said Kurt P. Perez, 50, of New Rochelle, was driving south on the Taconic State Parkway around 12:20 a.m. Sunday when his 2018 Ford Explorer went off the road from the left shoulder.
Perez's vehicle struck a tree, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
