North Salem Middle/High School Assistant Principal Announces Retirement
He is retiring after 44 years in the education field.
NORTH SALEM, NY — After 30 years as assistant principal at North Salem Middle/High School, Dr. George Bovino is retiring. Bovino has spent 44 years in education, starting in Bridgeport, CT and serving at Franciscan High School in Mohegan Lake and then dean of students at Somers’ Kennedy Catholic High School.
In 1987, he moved to North Salem Middle/High School as assistant principal, a position in which he has stayed until retirement, tapinto.net said.
