Not Wanted: Police Call Ends In Yorktown Drug Arrest

Someone at a Hickory Street home called about an unwanted person. That person had illegal painkillers on her person, police allege.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 22-year-old Mahopac woman who was apparently persona non grata on Hickory Street is due in Yorktown town court Oct. 24.

Yorktown police responded to a Hickory Street address after getting a call at 10:23 p.m. Saturday about an unwanted person.

Investigating at the scene, they arrested Danielle J. Hartmann. Police allege she was in possession of Suboxone sublingual film, Acetaminophen codeine pills and Alprazolam (used to treat anxiety).

She was released without bail to a family member, police said.
