NYC Woman Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest: Cops

Police said that she ran away when they told her she was under arrest.

YORKTOWN, NY — A New York City woman was arrested in Yorktown after being accused of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Yorktown police said Annette S. Reinhardt, 66, of New York, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and three counts of disorderly conduct, violations.

Police said they received a call around 7:15 p.m. July 24 regarding a dispute on Hill Boulevard.

When officers got there, they said Reinhardt threatened them, screamed and shouted obscenities, blocked the sidewalk and prevented them from investigating.

She also ran away when she was told she was under arrest, police said, and resisted once she was apprehended.

Reinhardt was taken to police headquarters for processing.

She was released on her own recognizance to a responsible third party

Reinhardt is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Sept. 3.
