Orange County Woman Accused Of Bail Jumping: Yorktown Police

YORKTOWN, NY — Star-Asia U. Spencer of Middletown, accused of bail-jumping, has been arrested and charged with failing to appear in Yorktown town court.

The 22-year-old had failed to appear in court in January to answer a misdemeanor charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a bench warrant was issued.

She turned herself in Feb. 24, police said.

Now she faces two misdemeanor charges. She is due back in Yorktown town court March 21.
