We specialize in psychiatry services, psychotherapy, medication management, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and depression treatment, postpartum depression support, and advanced options such as Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible scheduling to help patients access care quickly when they need it most. With offices in White Plains and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, plus virtual visits across NYS, we make high-quality mental health care accessible, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Our providers take the time to listen, create personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel heard every step of the way. Most insurance plans are accepted, including coverage for Spravato® treatment for eligible patients. The Parent Support Network is a program that provides free, confidential, informal, peer to peer meetings for parents who are concerned about their child's emotional and mental health. In-person meetings, guided by trained volunteer Facilitators give parents an opportunity to find support, feel connected, and share resources. Upcoming meeting dates are: Thursday, May 16th Wednesday, June 12th Wednesday, July 17th Time: 7:30pm - 9:00 Meetings will be held in Yorktown Heights, location will be shared upon RSVP.
