Petty Larceny Charge Stems from Home Improvement Work

David Rogonia Jr., 36, of Holmes, NY, faces a charge of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in Yorktown town court.

Police had filed an arrest warrant for Rogonia, in 2014 after investigating the alleged theft of a drill taken from a Pine Grove Court residence during home improvement work.

On Jan. 24, Rogonia was located by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Yorktown police said. He was transported, processed, arraigned, and sent to Westchester County Jail on $2,500 bail.
