Police Blotter: Dispute Starts Domestic
Police say a Yorktown woman involved in the dispute then struggled with officers trying to arrest her.
A 48-year-old Yorktown woman is due in Yorktown town court Feb. 5 to answer misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, criminal contempt and resisting arrest after an incident Jan. 31 on Saw Mill River Road.
Police called to a domestic dispute said she damaged property inside the residence, and then tried to kick police officers attempting to arrest her.
