Police Bust Teen Drinking Party on Saw Mill River Road
The host had a fake drivers license, police said.

A 17-year-old Yorktown resident whose name police are withholding is due in town court Sept. 3 to answer charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal nuisance.
Police said they were called Aug. 4 to a home on Saw Mill River Road to investigate a possible underage drinking party.
They spoke to the party’s alleged host, who they say had a forged out-of-state drivers license in his possession stating that he was 21.

He was taken to police headquarters and then released to a family member.
