Police Release Security Image Of Christmas Eve Burglary Suspect
Yorktown PD is asking for help IDing this person connected with two break-ins while the homeowners were away celebrating the holiday.

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects investigators believe burglarized unoccupied homes on Christmas Eve.
One home in Shrub Oak and another residence in Mohegan Lake were hit by the opportunistic thieves, according to police. The burglars also attempted to enter a third home in the Hunterbrook Road area, but the homeowner used his Ring doorbell device to scare them off.
All of the houses targeted were dark or had very few lights on. Police said the thefts likely occurred between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. The burglars went directly to the master bedroom of each house and do not appear to have been inside very long, according to investigators.
