
We're so pumped to announce that starting this week we will not only be offering our group exercise classes again but they will be FREE for anyone that has a current training package or is on the Shaklee 180 nutrition program!
Non-members can pay $5 per class and are more than welcome to join in on the fun and get their sweat on!

Saturday Mornings at 9:30am
Here's what you need to know:
- The classes will be 30 minutes to stay consistent with our training program and schedule.
- Members can sign up for classes using the online schedule or by calling the studio. You must sign up if you plan on attending a class
- Non-members can call into the studio (914.302.2022) to sign up for classes.
- Classes will not be held if there are fewer than 5 people scheduled to attend.
- Cancellation of attendance must be done 24 hrs. in advance. Same day or late cancellations will incur a $5 charge.
All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Modifications can be made for beginners, those with injuries, and even those in peak physical condition that are looking to challenge themselves even more.
