Scattered Power Outages In Hudson Valley From Storm
Hardest hit so far are areas in the lower Hudson Valley.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The nor'easter, which continues to bring rain and winds to the region, has caused some power outages Friday. Hardest hit is Westchester County where nearly 1,000 Con Edison customers are without power as of midday Friday.
The Town of North Castle has 383 customers without electricity, while the Town of Yorktown and Yonkers have 179 and 112, respectively.
Further north, NYSEG is seeing only a little more than 400 customers system-wide without power.

Ulster County has 78 outages and Westchester has 29.
O&R customers in Rockland are looking at 62 outages, while there are only four in Orange County.

Central Hudson is hardly registering any outages as of noon Friday, with five in Dutchess and four in Ulster.
