1.2013 Audit presentation
The auditors repeated the presentation they made at the September 23, 2014 work session. Supervisor Grace talked about the tax levy cap and Councilman Patel talked about the fund balance.

2. Public hearing/ Sober House
The board reviewed parking and landscape issues. A resident offered a series of suggested changes to the draft 19 conditions and house rules the applicant has agreed to as part of the special permit. The hearing was adjourned.

3. Textile recycling program
The board awarded a contract to a firm to handle recycled textiles collected by the town and amended the Town Code to require commercial property owners to obtain a permit from the town if they want to have a collection bin on their property.

4. Selected miscellaneous resolutions, passed unanimously
The board hired a new police owner and set room rental rates at the YCCC for 2015/
