New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Kenneth Grossberger, 64, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched May 27 to look for an erratic vehicle traveling on the Taconic State Parkway. Troopers stopped the car and found clues that the driver, identified as Grossberger, was intoxicated.
The Cortlandt Manor resident provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content
of .09 percent and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Yorktown Court on June 11.
