State Police Charge Yorktown Woman with DWI
Troopers were called to a disabled car on the Taconic Parkway in Dutchess County.
New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Christine T. Lehner, 25 years old, of Yorktown on May 14 for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
Troopers responded to assist a disabled vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Lehner, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of approximately 4.3 grams of marijuana.
Lehner provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .11 percent and was instructed to appear before the Town of LaGrange Court on May 19.
