Stuck in Snowbank, Driver Charged with DWI
Yorktown police were called to Pinesbridge Road March 8.
Henry A. Novillo of Mount Kisco faces charges of driving while intoxicated and driving to the left of pavement markings.
Police dispatched at 5 a.m. March 8 to a report of a car accident on Pinesbridge Road found a car stuck in a snowbank—off the road to the left. The officer observed signs that the driver was intoxicated.
Novillo, 36, was released to a friend after posting $100 bail. He is due in Yorktown town court April 9.
