Teen Missing From Lincoln Hall School In Somers

He was being taken to Quest Diagnostics in Peekskill when he fled on foot.

SOMERS, NY — The New York State Police in Somers are attempting to locate Douglas Eugenio Hernandez-Garcis, 16, who went missing on Aug. 14. Hernandez-Garcis had recently been court ordered to Lincoln Hall School for Boys in the Town of Somers.

On August 14, Lincoln Hall staff transported Hernandez-Garcis to Quest Diagnostics in Peekskill, where he fled on foot. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)

Hernandez-Garcis, who only speaks Spanish, was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, navy blue shorts, tall white socks and black shoes.
