Students create smile cards to distribute to residents

Spreading smiles was the aim of a recent visit to Thomas Jefferson Elementary School by residents from Jefferson Village Condominiums. Continuing the effort they began on World Smile Day (Oct.5, 2018), students welcomed representatives from the condominium association to their school to present packages of smile themed cards for distribution to their residents.

The students first sang a welcoming song and then the visitors were presented with the cards and a copy of the book the students are reading, "The Smile That Went Around the World."
