Town Board closes sober house hearing

The date of the budget hearing has been rescheduled a second time to Tuesday, December 9ith at 6pm.

1. Sober House reconvened public hearing
The board heard additional comments and closed the hearing. Supervisor Grace anticipates the board beginning to review the documents and discuss all the comments at the November 23rd work session meeting.

2. Speed bumps
The board adopted a series of guidelines IF and WHEN speeds bumps are to be considered for any given street.

3. Accept auction bids for in-rem properties
Accepted bids totally $328,700 for the sale of six parcels.

4. Costco gas station special permit
Set December 16 for a public hearing.

5. BJ’s rezoning and gas station special permit request
Set December 16 for the public hearing on both requests

6. Holland Sporting Club
Authorized spending up to $15,500 from the Parkland Trust account to hire a company to provide screening of materials left on the site when the buildings were demolished.
