1. Staples Plaza Redevelopment (BJs gas pumps)
At the suggestion of Supervisor Grace, the applicant will consider rezoning the entire shopping center site to C-3.
2. Traffic issues
The board discussed the following issues:
- Whitehall and Mohansic Ave
- Road stripping.
- East Main Street/Jefferson Valley
- Speed humps
3. General Code/Records management and digitization
A presentation was made on the content management software phase of a larger project to digitize town records, both existing records and new documents as they are received.
8. Availability of Town Board meeting videos on town web site.
Councilman Patel expressed frustration that recent board meetings that had been televised were not available on the town web site.
