Traffic Violations Lead to Suspended License Charge: Police
Police say they stopped the driver after he failed to yield right of way or signal a turn.

Paul Tetro, 57, of Juniper Drive in Yorktown, is due in town court to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and failure to signal a turn or yield right of way, traffic violations.
Police allege that he was seen committing the traffic violations at 7:10 a.m. Sept. 23 on Route 6. After police stopped him, it was found that he had a suspended drivers license.
He is due in court Oct. 27.
