Trespasser At Yorktown High School: PD
Police said the California man was asked several times by school officials to leave the property.

YORKTOWN, NY — A California man was arrested in Yorktown after being accused of trespassing on school property. Police were call to Yorktown High School around noon Thursday for a report of a man who refused to leave the property.
Police said that Aaron F. Stanik, 40, of Mission Viejo, California, stay on school grounds after being asked to leave several times by school officials.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

At his arraignment in Yorktown Justice Court, the judge issued a stay away order of protection.
Stanik was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court Sept. 5.
