Uncle Giuseppe's Receives Community Award from Yorktown Lions

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace of Yorktown was honored with a plaque for its contribution to the local community.

On June 16, Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace of Yorktown was honored with the Yorktown Lions'"Community Service Award."

Stacey Warren, President of the Yorktown Lions, presented the award to Anthony Reda, manager of the Uncle Giuseppe's Yorktown store. President Warren explained how Uncle G's has been a major sponsor of the Yorktown Lions' summer concert series. In addition, Uncle G's has supported the Lions' turkey drive and cereal collection. She also noted how Manager Anthony Reda has always been ready to assist the Lions in any endeavor.

Joining Ms. Warren for the award presentation were fellow Lions Tom McLoughlin, Denise Poulin, Jim Poulin, Tony Guiliano, Carol Roberts, and Bob Frechette.
