Unlicensed Driver Didn't Signal: Yorktown Police
The Jefferson Valley man was hit with three charges.

Antonio Delfin Peralta Perez of Jefferson Valley faces three charges in Yorktown court: unlicensed driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to signal a turn.
Police allege he was driving on East Main Street at 4:25 a.m. Aug. 16 when stopped for failing to use his turn signal. He didn’t have a driver’s license—and a check found that it had been suspended.
Perez, 37, was released after posting $100 cash bail and is due back in court Sept. 17.
