Will we need winter coats, raincoats, or can we just skip the jackets altogether?

The answer is pretty good news. It’s going to be a nice seasonal day on Saturday, and when you head out to trick-or-treat in the evening, low temperatures will be in the mid to upper 40s throughout much of Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties, according to the National Weather Service.

There is no chance of rain on Saturday, and some of the northern portions of the region might see temps closer to the lower 40s during the evening.
