Visitation, Service for Frances Ghelarducci

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday for Frances Ghelarducci of Mahopac. She died Nov. 14, 2015. She was 54.

The wake will be held at Yorktown Funeral Home, 945 East Main St., in Shrub Oak.

A funeral Mass is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Nov. 19 at St. Joseph’s Church, 95 Plum Brook Road, Somers.

Mrs. G. was a teaching assistant at Primrose Elementary School in Somers.

On Saturday evening, she and her husband Steven were in a Jeep Patriot with Anna and Ernest Estrada. According to New York State Police, Anna Estrada, who was driving, failed to yield the right of way when making a left turn across traffic from a parking lot onto Route 6.

The Jeep was hit by a minivan driven by Richard O’Keefe of Mahopac.

Police charged O’Keefe with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, a Class B Felony, Vehicular Manslaughter in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Driving While Intoxicated, an Unclassified Misdemeanor.
