Weather Update: Up to 2 Inches of Rain Today, Tonight
The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy rain, thunder, and gusty winds before things clear up on Sunday in Somers and Yorktown
The entire Hudson Valley should see light to moderate rain showers begin around noon today, says Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. ”Hudson Valley residents can expect rain to impact their outdoor plans throughout the entire afternoon.”
The rain is projected to continue moderate to heavy through midnight, with widespread 1-2 inch totals likely before things clear up by Sunday afternoon.
