The National Weather Service has issued two alerts for northern Westchester County:
Locally dense areas of fog are expected to continue through this evening. Motorists are advised to slow down as sudden drops in visibility to less than 1/4 mile can be expected.
“use extra caution on the roads, and allow extra space between your car, and the vehicle in front of you,” advises Hudson Valley Weather.
