Weather Update: Don't Put the Winter Coat Away

Areas of fog and showers could add difficulty to the Thursday morning commute, according to Hudson Valley Weather.

“After the temptation to wear shorts and shed winter coats on Thursday, people in the Northeast will soon again be shivering,” said AccuWeather.com Chief Meteorologist Elliot Abrams. “Temperatures have gyrated like a roller coaster during much of the month and the ride is nowhere near being over.”

The roller coaster in Yorktown means a temperature swing from a high of 54 on Thursday to a low of 25 on Saturday, the National Weather Service predicts. And there’s a chance of snow Friday and Saturday.
