Woman Points Fake Gun At Man, Gets Arrested: Police
She voluntarily turned herself in to police.

YORKTOWN, NY — A woman was arrested by Yorktown Police after she allegedly pointed an imitation pistol at someone.
Katherine L. Mackay, 28, of Yorktown, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors.
Around 8:35 p.m. March 26, Yorktown Police received a complaint about someone being threatened with a handgun.

An investigation found that Mackay allegedly pointed a fake pistol at a man and threatened to shoot him.
Mackay was contacted by police, and she voluntarily turned herself in at Yorktown Police headquarters where she was arrested.

After being processed, she was arraigned by a judge who issued a temporary order of protection on behalf of the victim.
Mackay’s bail was set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
She was able to post bail and is due back in Yorktown Court April 11.
