Yorktown Man Arrested For Stealing Drone: Police
After an investigation, he turned himself in voluntarily.

YORKTOWN, NY — Police arrested a Yorktown man and accused him of stealing a drone. Yorktown Police charged Henry J. Johnson, 60, of Hedwig Driver in Yorktown, with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
On Oct. 14, an officer was assigned to investigate a report that a drone and its accessories had been stolen Oct. 7 from the parking lot of 1864 Commerce St. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
The victim had received an anonymous tip of the location of the suspect vehicle, and the officer said Johnson had stolen the drone and the accessories.

He voluntarily appeared at Yorktown Police Headquarters Oct. 19 where he was arrested and processed on the felony charge.
Johnson was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Yorktown Justice Court Nov. 21.
