Yorktown Man Charged with Drunk Boating in Labor Day Incident
There were three passengers who had to be rescued.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man was charged with boating while intoxicated after a boat sank on Lake Mahopac Labor Day.
Putnam County Sheriff’s Department investigators said police were called to the scene of the sinking boat, as Jet Ski operators helped rescue the boat’s passengers, tapinto.net reported.
