Yorktown Man Charged in Lake Peekskill Larceny Case
Items were stolen from a car, police said.

New York State Police, SP Cortlandt Barracks, arrested 27-year-old Eric Miller of Putnam Valley, NY and 27-year-old Michael Federici of Yorktown, NY Aug. 8.
They were each charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree, a Class E Felony.
Police were investigating a complaint Aug. 8 regarding the theft of a laptop computer, iPad and some pocket tools from a motor vehicle in the Lake Peekskill area.
Most of the property was recovered from Miller’s residence in Lake Peekskill, police said.
The two were arraigned before Town Justice Lewis DiCarlo in the Town of Putnam Valley Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail or $5000 bond. They are due to return to the Putnam Valley Court on Sept. 10.
