Yorktown Man Faces Felony DWI Charges
Police said he hit a tree on Old Yorktown Road Sunday morning.
Michael L. Goodman, 55, of Sandpiper Court in Yorktown, is due in town court to answer two felony charges.
At 5:28 a.m. Sept. 27, police responded to a report that a car had crashed into a tree on Old Yorktown Road.
They allege that Goodman, the driver, was intoxicated. Police said his blood alcohol level was .18 percent.

Because he had a previous conviction for DWI in the past 10 years, the charges were upgraded to felonies. He was ordered held without bail and is due back in court Sept. 29.
