Yorktown Market Evacuated Due to Freon Leak

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown Heights supermarket was evacuated Wednesday because of a freon leak.
At Turco’s on Downing Drive had about two gallons of freon that leaked from equipment inside the store, which caused a cloud, lohud.com said.
The store was able to reopen about an hour and a half later.
