Yorktown Planning Board Eyes Redevelopment Of 4 Parcels

The proposed development is in its early stages.

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Planning Board is taking an initial look at a redevelopment proposal of four Yorktown Heights lots, which includes property owned by the family of Sen. Terrence Murphy.

The four parcels total more than 3 acres and include Murphy’s Restaurant; Coldwell Banker; the Grace Building, which is owned by Supervisor Michael Grace, and Kear Street vacant land, according to an article at tapinto.net.
