Yorktown Police Arrest Woman for November Wallet Theft

The Mount Kisco resident turned herself in after police contacted her.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Mount Kisco woman was arrested Jan. 24 for stealing a wallet in November.

Yorktown Police said they were called to the Winery at Saint George Nov. 2, 2016, for the theft of a wallet that contained cash and credit cards.

Their investigation found that Palmina M. Hernandez, 52, of Highland Avenue in Mount Kisco was the subject.

She was contacted Jan. 24, and she voluntarily turned herself in at Yorktown Police Headquarters.

Hernandez was arrested and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court March 7.
