Yorktown Police Arrest Yonkers Man on Burglary Charge

Charles Ulacco, 38, of Yonkers, faces a felony burglary charge in Yorktown town court. He is accused of breaking in and stealing property from a residence on Kessler Place in April 2014. Yorktown had issued an arrest warrant for him.

He turned himself in at Yorktown Police Headquarters on Feb. 24, police said.

He was processed and then turned over to Yonkers police, where he was wanted on an arrest warrant on an unrelated matter, police said.
