Yorktown Police Charge Man with Suspended License and Registration
He was driving an uninsured truck when they stopped him on Front Street.
Nicholas Graefe of Lyon Falls, NY is due in Yorktown town court Jan. 13 to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle.
Yorktown police Officer Matthew Iacona was operating a plate reader at 1:35 p.m. Dec. 7 and scanned a pickup truck on Front Street. The information that came back triggered the arrest of the 22-year-old. He was released on $100 bail.
