Yorktown Police: Teen Punches BOCES Administrator

The 17-year-old is due in court Feb. 2

A 17-year-old from Tarrytown, whose name police are withholding, is due in Yorktown town Court Feb. 2 to answer a charge of third-degree attempted assault.

BOCES staff called Yorktown police to the Board of Cooperative Educational Services’ Fox Meadow School campus at noon Jan. 22 for a possible assault.

After an investigation, police concluded that the teen punched a school administrator in the face. He was arraigned and released without bail.
