Yorktown, Somers Area Schools Announce Delays, Closing

YORKTOWN, NY — The following schools/organizations have made changes to their schedule for Monday, Dec. 5 because of the snow:

• Bedford Central School District: 2 hour delay
• JFK Catholic High School: Class begin at 10 a.m.
• Katonah-Lewisboro School District: 2 hour delay
• Lakeland School District, including S. Columbanus & Elizabeth Ann Seton: 2 hour delay
• North Salem Central School District: 2 hour delay
• Somers Central School District: 2 hour delay
• Westchester Exceptional Children’s School: 2 hour delay
• Yorktown Head Start: 2 hour delay
• Yorktown Central School District including St. Pat: 2 hour delay
• Community YMCA of Northern Westchester: Closed (Early learning center opening at 8 a.m. Before school program in Mahopac, North Salem and Somers are closed.)
• Lakeland Childrens Center: No breakfast program
