Yorktown Woman Accused of Driving Drunk After Accident on Route 100
Yorktown police say she didn't stay in her own lane.
Kaitlyn P. Bozek faces drunk-driving and traffic charges in Yorktown town court connected to an accident April 10 at Route 100 and Seven Bridges Road.
Police called to the scene at 11:12 p.m. say they discovered Bozek, the driver of one of the cars involved, was intoxicated and also had failed to stay in her lane.
The 25-year-old Yorktown Heights resident is due in court May 12.
