Yorktown Woman Accused Of Stabbing Teen With Fork
An order of protection was issued for the victim, police said.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 43-year-old Yorktown resident is accused of stabbing a 13-year-old in the hand with a fork, police said.
Police were called to a home on Mohansic Avenue at 6:20 p.m. Monday. Police said that during a domestic dispute, Rosemarie Franco stabbed the teen in the hand, causing puncture wounds and minor bleeding.
Franco was taken to Yorktown Police headquarters and arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court. An order of protection was issued for the victim, who police said was left in the care of an adult relative.

Franco was due back in court Tuesday on misdemeanor charges of third-degree attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
