Yorktown Woman Strikes Man, Gets Charged With Criminal Contempt
The man had an order of protection which was violated, police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — A domestic incident led to the arrest Tuesday of a Yorktown resident. Yorktown Police said Nuala Anne O’Connor, 59, of Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown, was accused of harassing a man by striking him in the face.
O’Connor did so, according to police, in violation of a duly served order of protection issued on behalf of the man by the Yorktown Justice Court.
She was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Police said O’Connor was held pending an arraignment.
