$10K Reward For Info On Shania Hammonds' Death
Police are offering $10,000 for information helping them solve the case of Shania Hammonds' death in February.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking the public's help in finding information and evidence in the death of 19-year-old Shania Hammonds. Shania was found dead on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 9 in the 6500 block of Willow Gate Lane.
Shania was found unresponsive, police say, and was pronounced dead at the scene by Medic. Her death was originally classified as "undetermined."
Police then began treating the case as a homicide investigation.

While they are re-interviewing witnesses and re-examining evidence found at the scene of Shania's death, police still want the public's help in finding more information.
There's a $10,000 award for "any relevant information pertaining to the case," Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said on their Facebook page.
