Amber Alert: 1-Year-Old Boy Abducted In Waynesville
Jonathan Lee Vaughan was allegedly abducted by Brittany Nicole Sanford, who was driving a white Lexus SUV.

WAYNESVILLE, NC — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 1-year-old boy after he was abducted from a McDonald’s in Waynesville, North Carolina, according to law enforcement authorities.
Jonathan Lee Vaughan was allegedly abducted by Brittany Nicole Sanford June 28 from the McDonald’s at 825 Russ Avenue in Waynesville, according to the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office.
Waynesville is approximately three hours west of the Charlotte metro area.

Vaughan is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 2-feet, 2-inches tall, and weighs 30 pounds. There is no description of clothes he was last seen wearing.
Sanford, 26, is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is about 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds. She was last known to be driving a White 2015 Lexus RX350 with North Carolina license tag EFN-7785.
