Windsor Run Promotes Amanda Bates to Sales Director

Matthews, N.C. - Windsor Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Matthews, N.C., has announced the promotion of Amanda Bates to Sales Director. She brings more than 10 years of senior living experience to this leadership position.

Bates’ career at Windsor Run began in October 2015 as a sales associate. In 2019, she was promoted to Planning and Moving Consultant. Bates earned another promotion in 2022 when she was named Windsor Run’s first Sales Manager. In this role, she helped build and shape the Windsor Run sales team.

Bates holds a Bachelor's degree from Murray State University.
